DEEPCOOL RGB 350 Computer Lighting Kit LED Strip Multi Color and Patterns with Remote Controller

Pros: -Surprisingly bright and versatile -Easy setup (10 minutes) -Very cost effective -Intuitive controller -Added a whole new dimension to my rig, very aesthetically pleasing

Cons: -Only downside is the tape. Not sure if mine was expired or what but it would not stick to my case and was falling off after a few hours. I recommend removing the tape on each strip and replacing with double-sided 3M tape, which you can get for about $5. -I tend to like static colors so this wasn't really an issue for me, but if you like your colors to alternate you don't have much control. It basically just flashes through every possible color rather quickly which is kind of distracting/annoying.

Overall Review: -I am otherwise very happy with the purchase and the tape wasn't that much of an inconvenience. -I have a mid-sized case (riotoro cr500), the kit seems like it would be bright enough for a large case as well, but 3 strips would be ideal (this kit comes with 2). -Obviously not addressable which is partly why it's a cheap kit, and only 16 color options, which is plenty from my experience

Pros: Easy to install, long cables, small form factor, bright, tape holds well

Cons: flashing modes are too fast, seems like a disco club

Overall Review: I wish there was a setting that allowed for the colors to change slowly. The adhesive backing works really well, not sure what everyone is talking about, I didnt have to add any tape I only used what came with the item. My suggestion would be to fit the lights in a spot where they can be tucked into the cases frame so all the stress isnt on the tape. I wedged it into a metal lip of the case and it provided extra strength. Obviously this is case specific but i would definitely try to use a piece on the case to support it and not just let it hang freely. Also make sure you tuck the wires in a place that does not pull on the lights and allows some slack, this will make sure it doesn't have added stress.

Pros: Comes with all the connectors, by default it is a standard 4 pin rgb connector. Comes with a lighting controller and remote if you need that.

Cons: none really. nothing was done "wrong" with these and nothing about the product itself is bad.

Overall Review: Extremely bright, can be cut to size if needed, can be controlled with at least 2 rgb software I have tried (asrock and corsair).

Overall Review: just a general tip when using LEDs, never have any lights directly visible. they look tacky. Find somewhere to nestle them behind so that you only see the glow of the lights.

Pros: - The kit was extremely easy to install. The strips are magnetic so they stick to your case. - The included remote gives you plenty of different lighting options and colours. - Looks fantastic.

Cons: - Have not found any flaws or cons about this product yet.

Overall Review: - Overall, a highly recommended purchase if you're looking for a nice lighting kit for your Desktop PC.

Pros: Nice multi-colored lighting Lots of colors to choose from Magnets work well Bright or dim-ish and anywhere inbetween 7 color "breathe" effect is radtastic The blue perfectly matches the blue Rosewill led fans in my case

Cons: Some included mounting options for the controller box would be nice but not deep (cool) enough to knock the product

Overall Review: I have been looking at LED strips for quite a while when these turned up in a Newegg email. $15? Nice! Multi-colored? Even nicer! So I went for it and I couldn't be happier with them. The install was straight forward and clean. I used an extra M3 OD/SSD screw and an existing hole in the bottom of my case to snug the controller box down. The screw tab on the box started to crack as it got snug but it doesn't move and that's the point, right? Double sided tape could be another option. For the IR remote sensor I just lightly looped it around/behind my SATA cables and pointed the sensor at the case window. It's black and unobtrusive and hides pretty well. A casual observer may well not even see it and the remote works from any logical direction and distance in my situation. But have a CR2025 (spec'd) or CR2032 (tight fit) battery on hand in case your remote doesn't have a battery installed. I am quite happy with this lighting setup and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for something similar.

Pros: -very bright -still working after 11 months of use -it has magnets to easily attach and detach to your case -very flexible

Cons: -might be to bright if your case has a clear side panel window (luckily my pc had a very tinted window making not to bright but not to dim. -it’s so bright that it will cast weird shadows on your wall through the fan vents -the breathing effect isn’t that good, it simply changes from one random color to another with a gap of darkness in between each interval

Overall Review: Despite all of the cons, it is still a great buy if your on a budget. I would buy again if I had the option

Pros: No pros unless this was a defected item then I will remove and redo my review.

Cons: I put in time and effort to make the led strips look good. They fit perfectly in my case and when I turned on the two led strips, one strip only presented orange and green. The other strip only presented red. The controller worked but if I selected blue lighting the 2nd Led Strip that presented only Red would be turned off. I was only getting Green and Orange on one strip and Red on the other.
