Pros: This is the best motherboard of them all if you want to overclock your system AND you are using water cooling. It has all the latest technology and is loaded with features. Probably has the most BIOS settings for tweaking your memory timings than any other board out there.
Cons: The chipset fan is louder than any other component in my system. It whines and rattles like the sound the wind makes blowing on your window panes and screen door during a noreaster (no exaggeration). It is also very inconveniently located. Most new graphics cards are very long and will extend over the chipset fan, in some cases cause the fan to malfunction. The chipset gets way too hot on air regardless of this and requires modification or water cooling to correct. Problem with this is that if you put a bigger fan on this chipset, you won't be able to use that PCIx slot, making the SLI portion of this motherboard useless. This motherboard is also VERY picky about power supplies and memory as you will find out from their forums. These problems are more headache than they are worth for your average builder. Make sure you have plenty of spare parts for troubleshooting.
Overall Review: This is definitely not an average builders motherboard. If you aren't planning on overclocking, you have no business buying this thing. There are boards for half the price with the same exact features.
