placed an order on 2-22-15 almost 2 months still haven't received anything tried contacting the seller few times and was told that they filed a claim with the shipping company and waiting on the status this is insane.

    By placing an order on this web site, you indicate that you have read and agree to the following return policies and conditions.

    Buyers' Remorse returns:
    1) Items can only be returned within 30 days.
    2) A minimum 10% restocking fee will apply and the original cost of shipping will be deducted from the refund amount.
    3) After the 30 day expiration, item(s) can only be returned to the manufacturer if they are defective.
    4) All items must be returned in the original brand new condition as received. The item must not show any signs of wear and tear.
    5) Physical damage or abuse is not covered under the byers’ remorse program.
    6) We recommend our customers to research items prior to purchase to determine compatibility with their mobile devices. All opened items which are non-defective and returned due to incompatibility will be subject to a minimum 20% restocking fee which is determined by our return department. Returning due to incompatibility is not the same as buyers’ remorse.
    7) All returns are counted from the date of sale, not the date of receipt.
    8) Return Shipping costs are on your expense and we will not except packages that are sent postage collect.

    Defective Item Returns:
    1) We offer a one year limited warranty on all iWALK branded products
    2) This limited warranty covers defects under normal wear and tear for one year from the date of purchase. A receipt is required to process all returns. This return policy does not cover physical damage or abuse.
    3) Defective products can only be returned for a replacement (no refunds will be granted). If the item has been discontinued or is not currently available in our inventory will be replaced with a similar product of similar value.
    4) Return Shipping costs are on your expense and we will not except packages that are sent postage collect.

Return Instruction
    1. Log onto your account and find your order in order history, click on 'Request RMA from Seller' Button next to the order information.
    2. On 'Compose Message Page', verify the order number you want to request return on the top of the page, choose 'RMA Inquiry' from the drop down menu, provide the item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail) and the reason you want to return, and indicate you want to return for replacement or refund before click 'send message' button.
    3. Once our Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry, it will take us 24 - 48 hours to respond to your inquiry.
    4. Once our Customer Service has verified your order information and approved for you to send the merchandise back to us, you will be provided with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your return through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before you ship your return merchandise back to us.
    5. We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed). Re-using the package your item came in is acceptable, as long as the packaging is in good condition and all previous addresses, tracking information and labels are removed.
