What is the overall build quality of this case?

You can tell it's a budget case compared to other cases around the $100 mark, but the quality is serviceable for what it is. The only gripe I really have is that the front glass panel takes a lot of force both to take off and put back on. I can see people accidently dropping it if they're not careful. Another smaller thing is that the front panel connector for the power felt a bit loose, it never fell out for me, but it's something to keep in mind when transporting it.
The case has both a filter at the top and bottom, the fans look nice and work with motherboard rgb, there's a bunch of openings for your pcie and motherboard cables. It's got both USB types which is a nice luxury too.

Is this case easy to work with for PC building?

It's fairly easy, got all the openings you want to run your cords such as om the front for your gpu pcie, your front panels, the motherboard and cpu cords. 
Something that can restrict your building is that the psu blocked some of the space for you to run cables to the bottom left of the motherboard. I managed to shove them in there so you might have to force them in there if you want to keep it looking neat.
