I need to know if this video card will work with an older HP desktop computer "Pavilion a1220n"?

My guess is probably not.  I looked up the specs for your HP Pavilion a1220n (just Google "hp pavilion a1220n"), and it has integrated video on the motherboard.  It does have a PCI expansion slot inside that you could put a video card, but this particular video card has a PCI Express interface.  Newegg has several video cards in this price range with a PCI interface.  Do a search there, and good luck!

Will it fit a Dell Dimension B110, Intel Celetron 2.53GHz, RAM 2GB with Win 7?

I think so but it depends on what vid card it's replacing. 
I replaced a GeForce 8300 and it was about the same size in physical dimensions.
I put this in a mid tower Dell with a Dell Mobo. Socket 775, w Intel Pentium E2160 1.8 GB. It also has 2 GB of RAM. 
If yours has gone bad this should be a good replacement. As far as a video upgrade it's reallly more of a replacement as it's more of an economy style card. 
If you are putting it in as an upgrade/addition over an integrated video chip on Mobo then that should give you a bit of an upgrade ... or an extra video environment for a dual monitor setup. 
It's not expensive and it's size is on par with the avg vid card so I'm betting it would work fine for you.

Listing says this card does not include the low profile bracket, yet the picture does show low profile bracket. Which is correct?

It does came with low profile bracket but I'm not sure if anything change since I bought this item back in Dec 2013.

will this card work with windows 7?

I don't know for sure that it will work with Windows 7 but I'm using it successfully with Windows 8.1.

Does this card come with low profile ends? My computer is a Dell Optiplex 780 and can't use full height cards.

The connector ports are standard height for the back of the computer.  The rest of the card is low profile.  I hope this helps.

Will this work for my HP Slimeline S5150T?

It fit inside my HP 9100m. It only uses a single slot so as long as you have a PCI Express slot this should fit. Just make sure the length of your case will accommodate the length of the card.

Just go to theGeforce com/drivers    website . go to g series on scrolldown menu , pick 8400 gs. This will also include a HD audio driver for your HDMI. T hey also have an auto detect option to install drivers.

Spec calls for a minimum of 350 W power supply, I have a 8300 GS in my Dell that has gone bad and the Inspiron 530 only has a 300 W supply will the 8400 work or is there a better match?

I have the same computer that you do and purchased the GeForce 8400 about a month ago.  I have not had any trouble with it.  It supplies a great picture and even allows me to hook up to my TV with the HDMI output.

What should your power supply be? for this card

The card says it wants a 350 watt power supply, but I installed it nearly two years ago in my PC with a 300 watt power supply and have had no problem. It also wants 18 amps to the 12V rail.
