Pros: Excellent video card with a lowe profile and a nice price. Runs Battlefield2 with all settings on high and 2xaa at 1024x768 without a hitch. It could probably run it higher, but I run it a little low for frame rate purposes.
Cons: none, other than that now the 8800 series of cards will make this obsolete faster than I would prefer.
Overall Review: I've used primarily ATI cards when building computers, but have recently switched to NVIDIA. In my opinion their drivers seem more stable and have fewer issues, so I wuld say getting this card couldn't be a mistake unless xxx dollars is outsied your budget.
