Pros: -Overclocked it with +110 core and +900 memory.
- Stays below 70c full load and gaming just around 60-65c
-Big boy card. Nice heat sink.
- Smooth gaming on 1440p 144hz monitor
Cons: - coil whine!!!! I was afraid it would have coil whine like some have mentioned. Had my fingers crossed but it has it. Louder in games and more quiet while benchmarking.
-Front part with the RGB letters had a big scratch after taking off the plastic cover. And smaller scratches too.
-“RTX” letters halfway down had dim rgb lighting. Makes it look weird from far away.
- These cons are fairly minor. The just wish these cosmetic issues weren’t a thing for an already expensive card.
Overall Review: Performs well, not like the buggy AMD gpu i had to return. I gotta say, this is better than my evga 1070. I can run games now over 100 FPS without going lowest settings. Runs cool. Quiet fans. Kinda annoying coil whine but not noticeable with my closed back headphones. Can’t test RTX much as MW is crashing every time I turn it on.
