Yes, it comes with an supports 2 CPU power cables. The ones included are both 2x4pin, so you would use one combined into the 8 pin block, and 1 as a 4 pin connector.

Long answer:
You asked the question twice, but I will answer this one. Power is calculated as Voltage * Amperage. This unit support both American and European voltages. US uses 120VAC and Europe uses 240VAC. You will see above the "Input Current 9 - 4.5 A" rating is an accompanying "Input Voltage 120 - 240 V" rating. The first number is for US and the second number is for Europe. These units will ship switched to the 120VAC setting, so don't worry about this. So really what you are looking at is a PSU that handles 120VAC @ 9A. When you multiply them you get 1,080 Watts (W). If you were to do the same for the European rating you will get 240VAC @ 4.5A which when multiplied is still 1,080 W. You are now probably wondering why am I saying this unit produces 1,080 W when the product listing says 750W. To get that calculation you use the Root Mean Square value (RMS) of your voltage which is approximately 120VAC/sqrt(2) --> 84.8528. You take this value and multiply it by the same amperage to get the power and it is approximately 763.6753 W. Do the same for the European values and you will get the same number. The reason the number is higher than 750W is because this is peak power which you don't want to be at, that means you are maxing out your PSU.
