Pros: Extremely fast. I've been playing WoW on max settings without skipping a beat. I've also tried SC2 on max settings and it is still crisp. Huge screen, what isn't there to love about that? Full sized and backlit keyboard. usb 3.0, sleep and charge, the list goes on and on! The speakers are amazing also! The finish on this laptop is nice also, I just hope I never get a scratch on it.
Cons: Placement of usb ports is in the front; its a little annoying for gaming since my mouse gets in the way a lot. It does get very hot, but all the heat gets blown out the side, and my keyboard stays cool. The battery life isn't that great, but its a gaming laptop, what do you expect!
Overall Review: Love this machine. I've had it for a little over 2 weeks now, and I can't seems to take my hands off it. Still trying to figure out all the little gadgets on this thing. The backlit keyboard seems to only have 3 options: off, on, and stays on for 1 second after a key stroke. Haven't tried to overclock it yet as I haven't had a need to.
Pros: The GTX 560M is the selling point of this laptop. Omni pad and backlit keyboard is really cool. AMAZING speakers for a laptop. There's a button to disable the omni pad which is really convenient.
Cons: The biggest problem is that when using the laptop for gaming, the front left of the computer where you rest your wrist gets extremely hot. USB ports on the front right side of the laptop is just poor placement even though there are 2 ports on the other side also. 17" monitor is a bit big, a 15" model would be perfect. No bluray is a bummer. The monitor hinges seem a bit flimsy but nothing to cry about.
Overall Review: This is one of the cheapest computers with the GTX 560M to date. The only thing that really bugs me is burning my left wrist while gaming. I'm looking into cooling pads to fix this problem.
Pros: Design: Its sleek and stylish, I really like the red horizon finish. I was thinking of going with an Asus, one of the G series, I'm glad I didn't as they're just too gray. The keyboard on the Quosmio is also much nicer. The premium raised tile is much better than the standard chiclet keyboard. Its also backlit, with red LED's, which makes typing at night or in a dark room easy. Sound: These are by far the best speakers I have heard on a laptop. The mini sub-woofer does wonders for music while gaming. Graphics: Now to the real reason why I decided to buy this laptop over any other. It's got the Nvidia Geforce GTX 560m, and can handle every game I've thrown at it (RAGE, Mass Effect 2). With 6 gbs of ram and the core i5 I'm sure this laptop will be able to handle running SKYRIM, and ME3 as well. If you're looking for a laptop that will deliver smooth frame-rate while gaming and sound amazing. you needn't look any further.
Cons: Heat: This isn't a desktop computer so its going to build up heat much more easily and that's like death for any gamer. I would recommend buying a laptop/notebook cooler for it. You could get by without one, but if you plan on playing any of the demanding games coming out in November 2011 you may want to seriously consider getting a cooler of some kind. Besides gaming, this laptop stays remarkable cool (39-40C) while idle.
Overall Review: The 17" screen is beautiful. The power brick is really huge, seriously, but that's not really a problem. This is a gaming laptop after all. I would recommend this laptop to a friend.
Pros: Lots of pros. 17.3" screen is huge, bright and very clear. 6gb memory + i5 2.3ghz dual core + 1.5ghz video card = some serious power in a portable machine. Played Witcher 2 on high settings and runs smooth with very high fps. Not to mention this thing stays way cooler than my previous HP, yet somehow i'ts quieter. The "external" battery setup props the rear of the laptop off the surface area which helps with cooling as well. ECO Mode is great for extended battery life. Went through 4 hours of business meetings and still had over 30% battery life on ECO mode. The etched surface area on the cover and inside hide fingerprints. Backlit keyboard is nice and you can set it to on, off, or timed fade. Sound is AMAZING. Seriously, this thing pumps as loud as a good ipod stereo.
Cons: 4 Bars on my wireless network even though the router is 10 feet away in the same room?? Regardless, download/upload speeds are the same as ever. At 17.3" this thing is huge, and heavy. However I expected this. I even carry it around a lot, and while a bit heavy, its worth it.
Overall Review: For the price you cant beat the power. The red design is an eye catcher.
Pros: Just what I was looking for to be my potable gaming laptop. Was able to play WoW on max settings with 2 game windows going. Those who worry over the USB on the right side. I just use the left side one and run the cord around the back. Looks great. Not a finger print magnet on the outside like most these days.
Cons: does get hot but cooling pad helps but this is expected with that video card. Trash programs are not much a problem. Power cord isn't the strongest hold but this is more of a desktop laptop then a laptop-laptop so it stays in if you are not moving it around much.
Overall Review: Great price for this set up. I have been looking at so many for close to 6 months looking for this price range and gaming performance and found this one had great reviews over the web with only a few nit-picky con's while others tended to have other issues or a lot more expensive.
Pros: It's fast and GREAT for gaming, sc2 on high, any source game, BFBC2, It'll run almost any major title on high.
Cons: Bloatware, but I guess that's a problem on all laptops.
Pros: This thing moves. The gaming experience is excellent and the screen is beautiful. And, as far as laptops go, this one looks good too - no boring gray bland case here.
Cons: It gets a little warm on extended use but when I game I use a cooling pad and those troubles go away. Bluray would have been a nice addition but for the additional price I'll just use my TV :)
Overall Review: I was skeptical buying this for gaming and video publishing use but I'm glad I got it - it has met my expectations and kept up with what I asked it to do. Overall, very satisfied.

Pros: 1.5 gb 192bit core 560gtx not the nerfed 128bit asus from best buy, dolby waves maxx audio parametric equalizer for tailoring sound (bass heavy you tube or games) 7200 rpm hard disk, sandy bridge i5, 6gb system ram
Cons: reactivating from hibernate state causes freeze some times but there is a bios patch for this. i just shut down when im not using it now since boot up is like 20 secs. toshiba nvidia drivers are behind nvidia reference drivers
Overall Review: if you don't use external cooling when using the gtx560 in serious gaming you will probably shorten the life or performance of the cpus. heat kills hardware!
