Pros: Memory is very fast with WEI of 7.9 at defualt speed and timings. Attractive design and comes with cooling fans. XMP certified.
Cons: none
Overall Review: Alot of people give bad reviews on memory because it is not detected at advertised speed. This memory defualts to 1600. Hay... Understand that with the higher memory speeds. Memory loads at defualt speeds and MUST be adjusted in BIOS. That is why most will list speed and timings. If you know what your doing, you don't even need to match with a motherboard QVL! I have never used a QVL for memory. I do make sure to match the Type and speed with the MB and have not had problems. I have built PCs for over 15 years.
Pros: G.Skill should sell this kit without the fan setup for users that dont need the fan so we can get the RAM cheaper! I did notice the cas 11 without the fan but I wouldn't settle for anything above 9 myself.
Cons: Fans that are not needed..in my case anyway :)
Overall Review: Id rather buy G.Skill to be honest. But with better deals with 2133 cas 9 kits without fans I may have to go that route.
Pros: Fast, but they're supposed to be.
Cons: Had to spend some time working with GOOD Customer support due to issues with running them at the fast speed, but after some testing did an RMA. Replacements came pretty fast and they run perfectly at 2132Mhz (not 2133 as advertised and I'm terribly upset about that :) ). (BTW Gigabyte support was useless and gave the wrong answers, but GSkill knew the correct answers)
Overall Review: I was going to buy another 8G to make 16G but they do no sell 8G without the fan kit. Apparently, if you want 16G, you need to buy the 16G kit so the memory is tuned together. I wish this had been explained in the descriptions as I would have bought the 16G up front. Be sure to test with Linpack as this really verifies the stability of the memory. My system is: Intel Core i7-2600 Sandy Bridge 3.4GHz (3.8GHz Turbo Boost) 4 x 256KB L2 Cache 8MB L3 Cache LGA 1155 95W Quad-Core Desktop Processor BX80623I72600 GIGABYTE GA-P67A-UD4-B3 LGA 1155 Intel P67 SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 ATX Intel Motherboard SAPPHIRE 100296HDMI Radeon HD 4670 1GB 128-bit DDR3 PCI Express 2.0 x16 HDCP Ready CrossFireX Support Video Card 2 x Crucial RealSSD C300 CTFDDAC064MAG-1G1CCA 2.5" 64GB SATA III MLC Internal Solid State Drive (SSD) (mirrored system / ) Western Digital VelociRaptor WD1500HLFS 150GB 10000 RPM 16MB Cache SATA 3.0Gb/s 3.5" Internal Hard Drive -Bare Drive (/home swap /tmp /var) (I do backups) Ubun
Pros: Didn't even notice that the memory came with additional lighted, cooling fans when I ordered them. I just ordered the memory based on the bus speed to match my mobo. They looked pretty sweet and really increased overall airflow inside my case.
Cons: none to speak of, yet...
Pros: Running completely stable at 2133 9-11-9-28-1T, I5-2500k oc'ed to 4.8ghz. You would need to work some frontier medicine in order to fit a Hyper 212+ and the turbulence fan together over the memory on an Asus P8P67 Pro. I'm running without the fan btw. X.M.P. makes it so easy to adjust the timings. Just choose XMP profile and you're done.
Cons: A little pricey compared to slower sticks, but well worth it.
Overall Review: I always use G-Skill. Great prices and great quality. I've never gotten a bad stick yet.
Pros: Bought this in December for a Sandy Bridge build on an Asrock P67 Extreme6 board. Installed it, set it to XMP settings and the board set the correct timings for this ram. No problems whatsoever.
Cons: Stuck having to pay for that somewhat useless and flimsy ram fan. This ram doesn't need that fan since I have decent airflow in my case already. Plus, I really don't trust that fan frame to stay put as I found it to be really flimsy.
Pros: I bought this mem actually by mistake, but being the tweek-geek that I am, I had to try it on my Asus Sabertooth 990FX with an AMD Phenom II X6 1090T Blk. It took a few seconds for "Any-Mem" to recognize it, but when it did, it was crazy fast. Booted right to the bios to check things out, and the mem had defaulted itself to 1866Mhz with the CPU @ 3863. I decided to push it a bit, but bring down the CPU, and low and behold it actually cranked "past" 2133 by just a small margine. I was too excited to write down data so I can't tell you exactly what it was without being uncertain I'd be lying. However, I do know it was somewhere aroung 2156 @ 10/11/10/30 and "no" voltage tweaks!
Cons: The down-side to all this is that its not supported for AMD, and if anything happened to my Sabertooth, or any other component of my rig (2XCrucual M4SSD 64GB-raid0, 2XSapphire HD 6790 1Gb in CrossfireX, AMD 1090TBlk that hits 4gig any time I want it) I'd kinda be upset.
Overall Review: If this mem will do this on an AMD rig with a 1090T on a Sabertooth 990FX, just think what it will do on your Intel rig....that is, if you know what your doing to start with. Granted, theres always the exception to the rule, and there may be some that get a bad set, but doubtful. Especially given what you've just read about my experience with an AMD setup on a Sabrtooth 990FX Tuff series. I don't intend on returning this set, as I have a few friends that will be more than happy to get it for their Intel rigs, and there's nothing better than getting tp see your gaming buds face light up when that machine kicks in and runs like a Bat-outa-h**l. Good mem G.Skill. Now make some for us AMD users will ya?

Pros: One of the highest performance solutions for 24GB ram setups
Cons: This module does not run stable at the specified speed. I have tested 2133mhz @ 9-11-9-28 (1.65V) and I get nothing but IRQL_NOT_LESS BSOD's (ram error blue screens).
Overall Review: When you spend $600 on ram, you expect it to work as specified by the manufacturer. I'd heard nothing but good things about GSkill, so I gave in and made the switch from OCZ. Now I'm left wishing I hadn't...
