Cons: NewEgg ought to disclose the origin of these devices; Mine come from Panama, a country where Samsung Pay has not been launched and per Samsung T&C software limitations, Samsung Pay is not to work on devices where origin country has not been launched, so it means until Panama launches Samsung Pay I will not have this function up and running for NFC payments. Samsung should enhance its T&C and work globally.

Overall Review: The only best solution for buyers who do not have Samsung Pay, due to the origin country of the device issue is to resort to NFC payments through Android Pay, much more limited, or eventually, with implications, now or in the future, to change its CSC ROM boot to a friendly country where Samsung Pay has been launched. For implications, eg check Netflix restrictions once a ROM change has been detected. Additionally some banks, such as Banco Santander, have their own Wallets that do not need Samsung Pay or Android Pay, thus NFC Tap and Pay works on this phone, with all the original software..

Pros: - Great size and awesome call quality. Using dual SIM configuration and can be placed on dual standby which is very handy for taking calls from my personal and business lines - fast cpu and plenty of ram to take on tasks that are usually done on a workstation. Overall Review: If you live/work on the edge of cell coverage, this phone is not for you. WiFi calling is only possible on phones from your carrier, unless you use another app (i.e. WhatsApp). For well covered, urban users, an unlocked phone is ideal.

Cons: The Samsung s8 is basically a phone that is gonna need repairs in the future... Its 100% guarantee screen crack if dropped from any sort of angle and height... The back screen which is also made of glass is not crack proof. The design of giving it a curve edge is the dumbest idea ever from Samsung.
