does a fishbowl case have worse airflow than a regular case?

I think they flow air ok. The only issue with those cases is that they look AMAZING from the glass side but you need alot of realestate on your desk because the are wide as heck. They hide the PSU int the chamber on the opposite side.

they call that the dual chamber right? i found that out recently
