I won’t give definitive answers that one is absolutely the best one ever. But here are some guidelines in how you can make a better purchase.

  • What GPU/CPU do you have? If you’re computer can’t handle a certain output, that would be a consideration.
  • You can look at reviews of rtings and youtubers.
    https://www.rtings.com/monitor/reviews/gigabyte/gs27qc
  • Go by price / sales
  • Check the GTG scale and Panel
    • GTG means how fast the colors can change
    • Panel for IPS? OLED? VA? IPS is a good all rounder. VA is better for contrast. OLED is gorgeous with best contrast, but usually less brightness
  • Ergonomics and features
    • Can it tilt? Does it have color features? FPS counter? USB ports

Best of luck in your journey!

Hi, so I owned Asrock Phantom Gaming PG27Q15R2A (165hz) for over a year (I switched to OLED and also because of physical space I stopped using it.) . Loved it, would definitely get it again. Never had issues with it, never used the wifi extender feature and the sleeve is nice. Most monitors have terrible built in speakers, but the ones on that model are decent. Frame is well-built durable.

Besides this monitor, I do like AOC for budget monitors. And LG for monitor panel quality/
