Adorable! This is just an NZXT H210 with a couple stickers and cat ears stuck on. Unlikely that anybody would build a brand new PC in one of these, since it’s been discontinued for a few years.
If you wanted to replicate something like this, you’d need the cat face stickers and ears (which you could probably find on Etsy), and you could replicate this style with a Fractal Design Node 304 although it has no side window. The Cooler Master NR200P V2 would also be a great option, with both mesh and tempered-glass side panel options. NZXT no longer makes cases with solid front panels.
