The Game should go to the best game of the year. Claire was nominated for 10 categories, its obviously one of the best this year.
Arc Raiders is fun to a lot of people, and it rightfully gets the spot for best multiplayer game.
Arc Direction? It’s not doing anything new.
Story? Not even rememberable.
Sound Design? Not even close who has better effects.
Soundtrack? Claire literally has a spotify playlist and is top 10 on the playlist.
Voice Acting? Charlie is FANTASTIC… enough said.
Other then Geoff shoe horning Death Stranding 2 into a few categories, I cant even complain.
No other game really fits the spot. Its not god of war or elden ring, The win isnt being bought by Sony, and its the one year it feels like the critics listened to the consumers.
