That ABS Cyclone Ruby spec looks pretty solid for buttery smooth 1440p in most modern games, especially with the RTX 5060 and Ryzen 7 combo. You might want to check some benchmarks to be sure it hits your performance targets, but on paper it seems like good value for 1440p gaming.
I would move up to a 9070 or 5070 for 1440P gaming It will also help you get the most out of your 9700X I run a 9700X & 5070 on 40" 155mhz monitor @ 3440x1440 you want at least 12GB or 16GB of VRAM on your card Here’s a build I made comes everything you need with better quality parts then a prebuild comes to $1250 cart price with a 5070 GPU

you guys are legends thank you guys so much. my question is why the AMD Ryzen 5 9500x is on it I’m new to the PC community.

The 9600X is the 6 core version of 9700X very little difference in performance( about 2%-3%) for the $125 more in price The 9600X can handle 2K & 4K just fine If I didn’t get my 9700X for $220(Thanks Newegg) I would have went with the 9600X

funny thing is that I am a 14 year old that has played about two years in minecraft.
