no Sir, they are not.  Standard 1/8" and RCA type inputs and corded outputs to the speakers.

Is there a way to turn off the blue light while having the speakers on?

Nope, well unless you want to unsolder it. :P

What I did was tape a bit of the red box over the led with some clear tape, it's now super dim but you can still know if it's on or not.

How long are the speaker cables? (I need about 6 ft.)

The cord to speakers them selves are 69 Inches and to sub is 64 Inches (I subtracted the length of the plug itself, so you can add an inch if that is important to you.

So in the picture the medallion on the sub-woofer says Genius on it.  But in most of the YouTube videos of this I have seen there is a Scorpion Logo there.  Can anyone confirm what was on theirs when they got it?  I figure this is just a change that was made to the product in a later revision but just wanted to know what I should expect.  Even though it doesn't really matter I am hoping for the Scorpion logo on the sub-woofer when I get it.

I just got mine. There is no "Genius" on sub-woofer. What you saw on YouTube is right -- a Scorpion Logo in the middle of the logo (instead of Genius).

What cables are included? Will I need to purchase other cables to hook up with my PC?

You might need a double-ended auxiliary cable. I think that's it. It's been a while since I've had them but I don't remember any big issues.

Question only for people who own this, I currently have this. I purchased a second set of speakers with left/right RCA cables. I tried plugging them into the top set of RCA ouputs on the control header and it does not work.. Is this just how it is or is mine flawed? Also, the regular set of speakers does not work in the top RCA.

There are two sets of RCA jacks on the back of the amplifier. The top set is input into the amp, the bottom set (L, R, Sub) go out to speakers. Only the bottom RCA will output.

To plug in a second set of speakers, you will need an RCA splitter for the bottom RCA jacks.

How are the sound quality of this compare to the CA-3908?

Ive never owned the ca 3908 but these genius speakers are fantastic. When i play games i stick to a 7.1 surround sound headset. But i use theae speakers alot for casual games and even when i produce music. I give them an 8.5/10. Good price good quality.

Should I just get this speaker instead or spend a little bit more on the Logitech z623?

I would say get these, they look great (Match my black and red rig) and sound great too. I love good sound and these haven't let me down so far. I mean the simple rule of life still applies, you get what you pay for. But I have no problems with this price range of sound.  A penny saved is a penny earned.
