I have this motherboard and would like to know what Gigabyte Wi-Fi cards it might be compatible with?

It should be compatible with almost any wifi adapter.  It has both PCI and PCI-Express slots available for internal expansion cards.  It also has USB ports for external wifi adapters.

Just make sure the adapter you choose has drivers for your Operating System.  Windows Vista, 7, and 8 should be easy to find.  Windows XP and Linux could be a problem with some adapters.

The brand (i.e. Gigabyte) of wifi adapter also does not make a difference.  I personally use TP-Link networking products for everything.  But other brands will also work just fine.

Can this board take CPU Intel Pentium G3420 Haswell 3.2Ghz, LGA1150?

I can confirm that it works with the G3220 3.0GHz.  However, it should work fine with any Haswell LGA1150 CPU, including the G3420.
