One comment states that this mobo will not work with Win 7.  Is that correct?

I am using this motherboard with Windows 7 installed on the main hard drive.  The computer has been used almost daily since December 2014 without incident.

Does the ethernet controller support wireless or should I purchase a wireless card as well?

There's no wireless that I saw.  It has an RJ-45 ethernet plug and it worked great the minute I plugged it in.

Question 3

I only see 4 SATA connections in the picture of the motherboard.  The specs say that it has six.  Where are the other two?

The SATA Express connections can be used as standard SATA connections.  They are near the Southbridge, on the edge of the board, facing away from the board.

I'm sorry to hear about your onboard graphics. Yes you can purchase a dedicated graphics card and install it to your MB. As long as there's not any issues with your MB's PCIe x16 slots, you should be able to get display through the dedicated GPU.

Brought this  motherboard just under two weeks ago but now Computer turns on, monitor , keyboard and mouse doesn't work . after clear the BIOS it working but when  i shut down the pc again back to  the same condition . every time i need to clear BIOS for booting the computer . i am already replace the BIOS battery but still that the same problem occur . Also computer wont wake up from the sleep mood .I cant turn the computer back on if i use the power button, mouse, mouse clicking or keyboard after it goes into sleep mode?

Sounds like it may be the motherboard, newegg is awesome about rma's so long as they are within the time frame (month I believe).  Sadly I had this board and similar things happened (as well as 1-2 other gigabyte boards).

can i use 2133 ram with this board or are the (oc) figures based on 1600/1333 ram only?

According to the specs on gigabyte website, you sure can, up to 3100.

The BIOS has a number of predefined O/C profiles by RAM make/model, i.e. you select that model and get settings in place. Or you can experiment.
