What should I consider before purchasing this VGA card?

When I bought this card I also upgraded my processor. I went from a Ryzen 7 2700, to a Ryzen 9 5900 XT. I knew my old processor would bottleneck my graphics with the new card. I'm very happy with this pairing. 
I kept my original AM4 socket motherboard, a Gigabyte X570 UD, and also upgraded to slightly faster RAM (3200 MHz, from 3000) because 32 GB came bundled with the processor.
I am also running my original 850 watt PSU. 
Oh, and in some testing found that the older X470 AMD chipset on a MSI X470 Gaming Plus did not support this PCI-e 5.0 card (which I was considering purchasing a second card for my kids system, so I'm glad I tested it out before I did!). 
My case is set up pretty well for cooling so I haven't experienced any temperature issues, so far.
