Are wifi antennas included?

Yes, it is. It's magnetic too so it sits nicely at the top of your case. The wifi driver had to be downloaded to work. Keep that in mind.

Yes. I single antenna stand with a magnetic base connects to both SMA antenna connectors.

do i need update the bios for ryzen 7 5700x for the 1.1v motherboard?

I stuck an AMD Ryzen 9 5900X in mine and didn't need to update the firmware/bios before hand. I think there are definitely some other boards in this form factor that have this problem, and it's a legitimate concern whether modern chips are going to work out of the box.

I only see one fan header, is that all that's offered?

There are a total of 3 fan headers: 1 x 4-pin CPU 2 x JST with 4-pin adapters All 3 headers are rated at 2A and 24 watts.
