The ASRock B550M Pro SE does not have WiFi. It has a 2.5 GHz Ethernet port for hard wired connections. Maybe there is a variant with WiFi but not this model.

I have a ryzen 1400, will that require bios update? Im not sure how to do that

The ASRock website does not list the ryzen 1400 as supported.   Thats a first gen ryzen, some modern motherboards do not support older CPUS.

Yes, there's only been 1 bios update (2.90 to 3.20).  It only supports 3rd gen and newer

From the looks of it, just two (it also has a pair of regular RGB). You can find the manual by going to ASRock's web site, searching for the model, and using the support tab to find the pdf for the manual (you don't have to register to do this).

That would depend on the rest of your components. Generally though I never use below a 500W PSU on any modern system. Unless you're using very high end components (e.g. a Ryzen 7/Ryzen 9 series CPU and very high power GPU) a 650W/750W should be fine.

Will this support a Ryzen 5 5600g out of the box, or will I have to update the BIOS with an older Ryzen CPU?

tested with my 5600 and 4700g without issue
its new enough that any 3000 4000 or 5000 should work without issue
asrock has a cpu support list showing this.
