i was wondering if anyone has a manual for this motherboard as mine doesnt work and i cant find anything online to help me figure it out ?? :)

I had problems getting this one to post, you can't populate certain dimms and I don't think it will post without 2 Identical cpus in it.  You must also make sure that you have 2S intel cpus' the Xeon 16xx series' of cpus v1, or v2 will not post in this board, as they are only 1S approved and have no support for dual sockets. I could only get to POST with Black Dimms populated.  USB 3.0 support is sketchy with this board just unplug it and don't use anything 3.0 on this board, it's a crappy VIA chipset from like ten years ago.  if you do end up getting it to boot, if you are trying to boot from usb(which I highly suggest) turn on CSM and all UEFI  settings turned to on, for windows install.  if you are Installing linux turn off  UEFI and  use CSM with Legacy settings(or just turn it off completely) if you are Dual booting, Install Windows second, and install Linux on it's own drive, then install windows on it's own drive, then run this in your windows CMDLine(bcdedit /set {bootmgr} path \EFI\ubuntu\grubx64.efi)-without brackets, as Admin, and you should be good, you can add windows to Grub from Terminal in Linux, with this command(sudo update-grub)
