The LMS attic ladder is a folding metal attic ladder, supplied with an insulated MDF wooden door. The door is beige on the inside and outside. Allowed maximum load of the metal ladder is 350 lbs ( according to ANSI). The 1 3/ 8 in. thick, heat-insulating wooden door significantly reduces heat loss. A peripheral seal positioned in the milled part of the box provides a first-class tightness. The ladder' s segment folding system and possibility to lock the door in fully open position ensure an ease of operating.
