So, nneded a diagnostic tool for a non responsive PC. This board sounded good but the delivery time was way too long for a diagnotic tool. I did manage to diagnose the problem but the board arrived after I did so i gues I'll save it for later. Maybe. Board came with no manual just a SATA cable. No, board has nothing to do with SATA so your guess may even e better than mine as to why I got a SATA cable instead of a manual.

To start off, the mouse took forever to arrive and came later than the latest delivery date. The box itself had very secure packaging but when I opened it , the box was damaged and had dents on it as well as a hole on the bottom corner, which sucks because I wanted to keep the box since it's so cute. However, the contents inside were thankfully, not damaged. Now for the mouse itself, you have to install the razer app if you want to customize the performance of the mouse as well as rgb, etc. I am using the mouse for gaming so I need fast reaction time and things of that sort. But for some reason, after installation, the games I played began to have lag that wasn't there before. After researching online, I found that other people were having the same problem. I uninstalled the optional razer functions like the chroma aspect but I still had the same issue. So i uninstalled the whole app altogether and that was able to fix the issue. The downside is that your rgb will be set to the default color, which is a hot pink, and I imagine that the performance (such as sensitivity) will be set to a default as well. The mouse does what it needs to do, it's a cute design, nice quality, and the mouse pad it comes with is great as well. I know that there seems to be more cons than pros, but I think the mouse is worth getting if you are a REALLY big fan of sanrio or cute stuff in general and if you have the money to spend for it.

Lied about updating my Shipping ticket to Newegg and to me.

I would not recommend this seller to anyone, even my worst enemies. I had an issue with my billing address and shipping address being wrong, i tried to message them before the ticket was made, since i used my NewEgg Card and needed the product(gtx 1060) delivered asap, their only way to help me was "hey, just email the UPS and have them change it." no, the ticket wasn't Created yet, so you should've been able to update the information. Fast forward 2 days, after contacting newegg customer service back and forth for hours, they contacted them and they claimed the shipping address had been updated. Low and behold, it had not. Now i need to drive 2 hours out of my way, when im currently laid off, to go pick up the package that i ordered from them. I will steer clear of this shop as long as im buying computer parts 0/10 - Customer Service 0/10 - Order arriving on time 0/10 - Ease of use.

Item description incorrect

The item listed the SAS cables as being included in the "kit" along with the PCI-E card. What shipped was the card only, no cables or driver disc. When the vendor was contacted, they offered a $7 reimbursement for the missing cables. That was 2 weeks ago, no credit to the payment method as of yet.

Ordered a water cooler a week ago. Hasnt left the dock yet. Looked at other reviews for the seller and seeing that not getting anything on time is a common problem. I contacted the seller and new egg about canceling. Got an email back saying they were on vacation for another week. I wouldnt recommend buying from this seller. Have not received the cooler but marking as received as described.

Do not buy Kingston RAM! It's too bad that their system of marking them on this site is confusing. This is the second time I got something different than I thought I ordered. How hard is it to say how many RAM sticks you get and what each capacity is? I see all the others doing it that way. Name recognition isn't good enough any more

I ordered 2 of these motherboards. Both were shipped off to somewhere in the U.S., considered lost at this point. Then they wanted to sell me something else than what I asked for and were pretty cryptic about what they actually had in stock... I'd give negative eggs here if I could.

I ordered this item with express shipping. The seller only created a shipping label a few days after the delivery time frame I paid extra for. I was not available to receive the item a week or two later, and when I contacted the seller asking for a refund and an order cancellation, they would not give me one. Only after going through the hassle of getting on the phone with DHL for half an hour to redirect the shipping address to their location in the United States (I had to do this twice as they gave me the wrong shipping address the first time) and the item arriving at their facility and being processed was I able to finally get my refund. I still had to contact them every step of the way to make sure that THEY received their item and I received my refund. I will never order from them again and as a first time user of Newegg, I am reluctant to purchase another item on this site again. I am trying not to sound like a male karen but this is absolutely ridiculous.

I bought an item from Newegg but Sam Electronic fill the order but item never arrived. Item shipped from Hong Kong from another company and stock in US Customs. Shipping company says it will take 30 days to clear US Customs. Newegg says contact seller and seller says wait for the item. My money is gone no one is taking responsibility.

I ordered a Razor mouse through Newegg. I HAD TO give this company a One Egg rating because it won't accept a Zero Egg rating. I received notice it was on the ready to ship on 4/16/21. Since then, nothing. I attempted to contact the seller through their invoice information and could not contact them. The Product I wanted has been in stock at the local Big Box Store starting with W. for several weeks. So, I am Canceling my order for a Razor mouse and will buy a Different Brand than Razor after this due to No Customer Service At All. You Just lost a long time customer who will advise everyone I know not to buy Razor Mice or any other products from there manufacture. Thank you for the opportunity to explain just how bad you are. Make changes or this will happen more and more until you're company is bankrupt. Tah!

I would buy from this seller, they have some negative reviews but i had no issue with my purchase. They contacted me via email and told me they only had a used product and ran out of new, showed me pictures that were optimal and i received my product just as described! I'd give it 4/5 stars
