I recently purchased the ASUS ROG X870E Crosshair Hero motherboard and would like to share my impressions. While I don't consider myself an expert in fine-tuning components, the board pleasantly surprised me. The most significant and welcome aspect for me was how it handled the RAM. I had some difficulties on my previous board, but here, the memory worked without any issues whatsoever. I have dual-mode memory installed that can operate at 7200 MHz and 7400 MHz, and it was instantly recognized by the board. What was particularly great is that I managed to easily lower the primary memory timings. This memory was originally designed for Intel XMP profiles. Despite not being very knowledgeable about in-depth RAM settings, the intuitive interface and BIOS capabilities of this board allowed me to achieve excellent results effortlessly. This level of performance is more than enough for me, and I am very satisfied with the system's stability. Overall, the ASUS ROG X870E Crosshair Hero motherboard left me with only positive impressions. It's well-suited for both experienced enthusiasts and those who want maximum performance without the headache of complex configurations.

almost same size as the s300 shown in photo ,wood bottom and Routered out for power supply cable , can fit 2.5 solid state in bottom near power supply and I did . panels slide into place , can fit a 120 fan on top to help for GPU heat I got a slim fan in that I had , to be able to adjust for more room for CPU cooler is amazing , Aluminum alloy .

Crystal clear display extremely smooth 240hz! No complaints coming from my past monitor, if anything it feels way sharper and more responsive Somewhat lightweight! Fits on to monitor stand Perfectly without extra hardware Easy setup, Plug and play! Watching movies/shows is even more enjoyable than I thought it could be

Plenty of drive bays - ten 3.5" plus two 2.5". The two dedicated 2.5" SSD slots are great, although I did have to mount one of the drives backwards to get my power supply cable to reach. I had to mount my bottom HDD upside down for the same reason. The included fans provide good airflow. They included a fan combiner cable, but I had enough fan headers to connect each fan individually. The case is light and there are removable screens on the top and bottom. Excellent cable management paths. All of the drive cages are completely removable, which was helpful when running the power supply cables in the bottom of the case. The case is large, giving you plenty of room to work. It is a tremendous value.

Quiet, another review for this PSU stated a coil whine... Maybe because it's so quiet they were hearing some real silence.
