Solid buy
Pros: 3D NAND for cheap!! They will honor a warranty and they do it FAST. No funny business!
Cons: Not as fast as a Samsung EVO but that's not really a con at this price.
Overall Review: I have about 10 of these that I have purchased from various online retailers. (Whichever one wants to sell me the cheapest price on the day I want one.) One of them failed right away, I called them out on their warranty and they had a new one at my door in a weeks' time. They stand by their stuff, or at least they did in my case. They didn't even question me, they just said something like "Yeah sometimes with these types of things that may happen." Then sent me a new one. No silly stuff, straight up customer service.
Very nice for OC
Pros: Keeps ryzen 5 @ 4.2ghz very cool, I couldn't be happier with the performance of this product.
Cons: The CAM software required to control this is miserable. The Temps for the CPU are never correct, they are always under by a few degrees of what the real temps are. I've tested this in two systems and had the same results. CAM software data mines information and uses up lots of network activity. What on earth is it doing? Too bad I can't NOT use it. The CAM software is needed to run this and requires an always online connection to work. So if you plan to ever use your PC whilst not connected to the internet, think again.
Overall Review: Because of the CAM software I'll never buy an NZXT cooler again. I love all of their other products but I just can't get over how bad that software is.
Runs hot
Pros: Small, fits in my sandwich itx build
Cons: Dang this thing can't even cool a ryzen 3600 at stock speeds. If I try a burn in test it jumps immediately to 80 C.
Overall Review: I really expected it to perform better than a stock cooler but it doesn't
Died just outside the return window
Pros: Junk
Cons: Ded
80 Plus on the cheap.
Pros: 80 Plus Bronze for not a lot of money.
Cons: none
Overall Review: If you are like me and will not do a build for a dog without an 80 plus PSU then you need to look into this. I use these lower cost supplies for customer builds because I don't want to spend as much as I would on my own system and at the same time I want to make sure they still get quality. 80 plus is where I draw the line. Never less. Ever.
Looks great, feels cheap.
Pros: I love DIYPC cases because they look great for a good price.
Cons: Very light and very cheap feeling. This is not a con if you are only worried about aesthetics. If you build in this, put it on display, and never touch it again, you'll love it. Every time you touch it you will fall less and less in love with it because it feels cheap. BUT IT LOOKS GOOD.
