Pros: - Hang TV from the ceiling instead of wall - Small and easy to install - Very clear instructions - Excellent customer service
Cons: - Can't turn TV mount full 360 degrees, just 180 degrees
Overall Review: This TV mount worked great to hang TV in kitchen area at home. I wish we could turn the TV to the other side but can only turn half way. No big deal. Still very satisfied with product, purchase and customer service.
