Mmixed bag of nuts with this one6/13/2020 7:59:24 AM

Pros: has to be the easiest install ever looks really nice does the job as far as cooling on my 3rd gen ThreadRipper 3960X 38c to 55c under load and that's pretty good out here in West Texas in June

Cons: its big you need at least 160mm of clearance its heavy. over priced I do believe there are better performing options for less money. Mine shipped missing the USB cable and spent 7 days I na row on hold trying to reach both Newegg and CoolerMaster to no avail and after spending hours every day on hold I reached out on Social Media and Cooler master was no help on Social media either. Very Disappointing to say the least I finally gave up and finished the build minus the usb header cable

Overall Review: I like it but after the disappointing responses I finally got from Cooler Master on Social media? I canceled all my cooler master orders and went with other brands on the case and fans etc and probably won't be ordering any more coolermaster cases or fans .( Cooler Master you might want to get some one to work your social media who 1. cares about your rep 2. cares about your customers)

got it on sale should of bought two6/13/2020 7:42:43 AM

Pros: Easy to assemble, and finally a chair that's made for some one over 5'5 (I am 6'1 )

Cons: Bit more firm than I like. Box was beat to hell and back No lower back support

Overall Review: Wish I had bought two at the price I gave for this one, (It was on sale big time) The last chair I bought didn't last 6 months . I am a video creator and social media influencer and full time gamer as of late, and spend upwards of 12 hours a day at my computer and I hope this chair lasts a lot longer than the last one......

A Mixed bag of nuts, but A lot to love with this Package5/26/2020 6:32:26 AM

Pros: Came with the GC-TitanRidge and AORUS Gen4 AIC Adaptor which makes that price tag a bit more bearable. initial setup was a breeze

Cons: Bios updates and Windows caused me a few problems Price but the add on cards are worth the extra money

Overall Review: The initial setup went smooth as silk, no problems even the TitanRidge was no issue. How ever updating the BIOS caused a few problems 1. like Bluetooth and wi fi not working. BIOS update f4c fixed most of it but windows will now not install the driver for one ethernet controller. its an intel problem and I can live with it
