Reviews
Capture polished wireless audio with the Insta360 Mic Pro 1TX + 1RX kit, a complete two-person microphone system for vlogging, interviews, field recording, streaming, and mobile content creation. Each transmitter features a customizable E-Ink display for uploading an image, logo, or graphic through the Insta360 app, plus flexible mounting options for different recording setups.
A built-in 3-mic array supports three directional pickup modes. Omnidirectional mode captures 360° sound and naturally blends voices with ambient audio. Super-directional mode uses adaptive beamforming to focus on sound directly in front of the microphone while suppressing surrounding speech noise. Figure-8 mode records from the front and rear, making it ideal for two-way interviews and conversations.
NPU-powered AI noise canceling helps deliver crisp, natural, high-fidelity audio. Automatic gain control helps prevent clipping during large volume changes, while Dynamic mode balances levels in controlled, quiet environments. Standard, Rich, and Bright voice presets provide balanced sound, added mid-low depth, or enhanced high-frequency clarity.
The included receiver supports a stable, plug-and-play connection to phones, cameras, and computers. Choose Mono mode to mix both transmitters or Stereo mode to preserve separate tracks for post-production. Safety Track mode records a second track at -6dB as backup. Compatible transmitters can also connect directly to supported Insta360 cameras for high-fidelity 48kHz audio without the receiver.
Each transmitter provides 32GB of onboard memory, up to 60 hours of internal recording, 32-bit float capture, stereo internal recording, and fast USB-C file export. With up to 30 hours of total battery life using the charging case, this Insta360 wireless microphone kit is ready for extended shoots. The 1TX + 1RX package includes two transmitters, one receiver, and a charging case, along with mounting, connection, and carrying accessories.

The Insta360 Mic Pro 1TX + 1RX is a wireless microphone kit for creators who need clear voice capture for vlogs, interviews, and field recording, with a three-mic array, adaptive pickup modes, and NPU-powered AI noise canceling.
Recommended For
- Solo vloggers and mobile creators who want to capture clear speech while moving between locations, especially if they use a compatible Insta360 camera or can connect through the included receiver.
- Creators who record in noisy places and want to reduce background sound in-camera; TechRadar reported strong noise cancellation in its fan-noise testing.
- Solo video makers who want one microphone for both on-camera directional recording and clipped-on speech capture, rather than carrying separate mic types.
- Creators who record unpredictable sound levels and want onboard backup audio for later editing; reviewers note that 32-bit float applies to the transmitter’s internal recording, not the live wireless feed.
- On-camera presenters, educators, and branded-video creators who want to display a name or logo on the transmitter instead of a standard mic label.
