The Logitech H390 is a black, wired USB-C headset with 30 mm audio drivers and a noise-minimizing microphone, suited to people who want clear voice audio for computer meetings, calls, and everyday listening.

Recommended For

  • People taking occasional video meetings or VoIP calls on a USB-C laptop or tablet who want a simple wired headset with a boom microphone and inline mute and volume controls.
  • Remote workers and students joining calls or online classes in a reasonably quiet room who want a dedicated microphone and straightforward plug-and-play computer audio.
  • Office or support staff who stay near their computer during calls and prefer a wired headset with a physical mute button rather than managing a wireless connection.
  • People who listen mainly to spoken audio and want a dedicated boom mic for calls, but do not need deep bass or music-focused sound.

Real-World Use Scenarios

  • For everyday video meetings or remote-work calls, plug the headset into a compatible computer and use its boom mic for clearer voice pickup than a laptop’s built-in mic; it is a straightforward wired setup.
  • For online classes or remote lessons, the wired connection and dedicated mic make it easy to hear the instructor and speak during class without relying on a laptop’s built-in audio.
  • At a desk with occasional calls, use the inline controls to adjust volume or mute without leaving the meeting; rotate the boom mic out of the way when you are done speaking.
  • When using a USB-C computer, connect the USB-C version directly for calls or listening without a separate USB-A adapter; check that the device supports USB audio over its port.
  • In a shared office or near keyboard noise, the mic can pick up surrounding sounds, and the on-ear fit offers limited isolation; it is better suited to a reasonably quiet desk than a noisy workspace.
