Adesso Xtream H4-3.5mm Stereo Headset with Microphone - Noise Cancelling - Wired- 6 ft Cable- Lightweight

The Adesso Xtream H4 is a wired, over-ear stereo headset with an adjustable omnidirectional microphone, volume control, and dual 3.5 mm plugs, suited to computer users whose devices have separate headphone and microphone jacks.

Recommended For

• Desk-based call-center and customer-support staff whose computers have separate 3.5 mm headphone and microphone ports, and who need a wired headset for routine calls.
• Office or remote workers who spend much of the day on computer conference calls and prefer an adjustable wired headset with an inline volume control.
• Clerks, presenters, and support-desk staff who need a basic boom-mic headset for speaking with customers or colleagues at a computer.

Real-World Use Scenarios

• At a call-center desk, an agent can listen and speak through the headset while keeping both hands free for customer records; the adjustable boom mic can be positioned near the speaker’s mouth.
• At a customer- or technical-support station, a worker can talk a customer through troubleshooting while using a computer; the wired connection plugs into a desktop’s separate headphone and microphone ports.
• At a clerk’s desk, staff handling routine computer-based calls can use the headset for listening and speaking, with an in-line control for adjusting audio without reaching for the computer.
• For a desktop conference call, the H4 provides stereo listening and a boom microphone through separate 3.5 mm audio and mic ports; it does not actively cancel surrounding noise, so a quieter workspace is preferable.
