Best for TR4/SP3

Noctua NH-U14S TR4-SP3, Premium-grade CPU Cooler for AMD sTRX4/TR4/SP3 (140mm, Brown)
Noctua NH-U14S TR4-SP3, Premium-grade CPU Cooler for AMD sTRX4/TR4/SP3 (140mm, Brown)

Pros: Using one for a personal workstation build and another for a client's sever. These things are amazing! Coming from someone who has been using liquid cooling for about a decade, there is no comparison for the amount of reliability that comes with air cooling. Under 100% utilization the temp did hit 75ish Celsius. Considering its a 24 core 48 thread CPU is definitely with in reason. (Prime 95, Cinebench, etc) idles at low 30's.

Cons: IF YOU DO NOT SPEC out your build completely there will be complication with spacing!!! When used with ECC Ram there was not any complications but any other ram that comes with a heat sink there is possibility (at like 98%) there will be clearance issues. This is also a possibility with the PCI-e slot.

Overall Review: Would definitely recommend to anyone using a TR4/SP3 socket. If you are truly worried about the cooling on the CPU you can attach an additional fan.

Case fans

BGears b-DualRing 120mm 30 White LEDs fan with 101 CFM at 2000 RPM
BGears b-DualRing 120mm 30 White LEDs fan with 101 CFM at 2000 RPM

Pros: These fans are exceptional! They come with anti-vibration pads built in Move a lot of air at 100% Durable construction

Cons: None

Overall Review: May be a con (was not for me or my client) but the LED can be bright at 100%. When operating at maximum capacity they can be a little bit loud but that is expected for anything spinning at 2k RPM. Also was not a big deal for me but the LED is built in, so fan RPM and brightness correlate to the operating capacity

Raid Card

Ended up having to get this card due to differences on another card and not supporting RAID 1+0 for OS installation. Easy installation and arrived early! Just a heads up when using UEFI, you will not see the card BIOS (when booting) but can get to setting in the UEFI and make all the changes in there.
