does this support 1920x1080 at 144hz?

I haven't tested it. It should work: Displayport 1.2 has a maximum theoretical bandwidth of 17.28 Gbits/sec. 1920 x 1080 @ 8bits/pixel and @ 144hz should be 8.56 Gbits/sec. So it should work if the videocard and display are both capable. All the pieces (drivers->video card->cable->monitor) need to support it.

Is this 1.1 or 1.2 for the DisplayPort version (does it support audio)?

Good question not using it for audio. I am just using it to run a second high res. monitor.
