It says max weight supported is 200 lbs. My tower is only around 50 lbs (or less I think). Is this max weight accurate? No bending from the weight will happen?

This thing is solid steel, other than the wheels. Even there, the bolts that hold the wheels on are galvanized steel. The metal sheet used is about as thick as what is used for making stop signs. If anything, it's over-built, thus on the heavy side. I can't imagine your tower bending or breaking this unit. I've owned 2 of them for about a year now and they've been tanks.

Can is hold both a CPU and a UPS ? (both total 11 inches wide).
