I have a 24in as my main and a 20in as my secondary, will this stand be able to hold the two without weight distribution issues?

I think this stand would be fine for your application.  With the sliders on the brackets you should be able to distribute the weight so it isn't an issue.  The stand is very stable I have two 22" monitors on mine and haven't ever had an issue.

Question 2

Will this stand work with my AOC i2267Fw Monitors?? I can't tell how the monitors mount...

Normally there are 4 holes in the back of your monitor, sometime behind the plate that attaches your monitor stand to the monitor.  You can see in the pic that there are two sets of 4 holes on each of the mounting plates .... the stand comes with screws for attaching and those holes should line up with one of the sets of holes on your monitor.  Check if your monitor is VESA Compliant.

Will this stand work with a "Mfr. Part: S2340M / 29 UNSPSC: 52160000" Dell 23" monitor?

I would think it should, yes.  I have dual Asus 24" monitors on it now, and so long as the back of the monitor supports the standard screw configuration for a stand (which I have to imagine they all do by now), then it should be able to handle those monitors.  I'll add that the stand is very sturdy - with dual 24" monitors it still sits very stable on my desk.  I have additional lift under the stand, and even elevated it's still solid.  Hope that helps.

After attaching monitors, I can adjust the height of them so I don't have to purchase a stand, correct?

I am not exactly sure of your question, but if you are asking whether the monitors can be adjusted vertically, the answer is yes.  You can easily see how they adjust horizontally.  For vertical adjustment, the two arms slide up and down the post and lock into whatever height you select.  The arms also will rotate fore and aft so the monitors can sit at a comfortable angle to each other.  Mine are probably 15 degrees inward from flat.

You didn't ask but I would definitely purchase this monitor stand again.  It takes a little to get it where you want it, but it is worth the time and money.

does this work with all monitors?

It should work with most flat panels as long as they are not larger than the size/capacity of the stand. The monitors also much have a VESA mount capability. Not all of them do. The low-budget LCD monitors often do not. (VESA refers to the square pattern with 4 screws that attach the display to the stand.)

Does this clamp/screw to the desk or is it held down by gravity alone and use the distributed weight along the legs to stay stable?

gravity only - it works but you most use two monitors ( a given ) we have about twenty of these no issues to date.

how far apart can the two monitors be placed?

The distance between monitors really depends on the size and orientation of the monitors you are using and the thickness of the bezel (frame) around them. I have two 24" Asus VE248H monitors mounted on my stand. I prefer to have them touching bezel to bezel, but I think at most there can be about 1/8" gap between them if I slide them apart as far as they can go. If the bezel around them was thicker, they might not have any gap at all. If I were to rotate one or both monitors into portrait mode instead of landscape (or use smaller monitors), I could have a much larger gap between them. I would not attempt to use any monitors larger than 24" (diagonal) on this stand.

Can this mount have the monitors sit extremely low to where the monitors would touch the desk?

It is possible depending upon the size of the monitors and the orientation of the monitors.  For example, it would be possible if you had 2 - 24" monitors in rotated to portrait mode.  It would also probably be possible if you had 2 monitors smaller than the 24" maximum size.  However, it is not possible to have the bottoms of the monitors touching the desk surface if you have 2-24" monitors in landscape orientation.  At their innermost point, where the two monitors are nearest to the center of the monitor stand, then would touch the base of the monitor stand rather than going all of the way to the desk surface.  Having said that, the base of the monitor stand is only about 1 inch thick, so the bottom of your monitors would only be about 1 inch above the surface of the desk.

I have 2 - Viewsonic VX2250wm-LED monitors with a VESA mount 100mm x 100mm, weight 7.1 lbs. One reviewer, Tony T. gave this stand a one star and said it did not work on LED monitors. I can't understand if it can handle the weight and has a VESA mount, why this would be a problem. Anyone using the Viewsonic monitors listed above?

This can hold LED's, LCD's thin or thick, very sturdy and needs some adjustments. I have 2 HP LV2311 monitors on it and it's very sturdy. The foot is very large and will take up some desktop. It's not very tall but just right for eyelevel. Takes a while to get used to the massive desktop with 2 monitors. VESA mounts are good and comes with screws. Hope this helps!

What are the dimensions of the base? I only have limited amount of desk space and the other monitor stand I ordered had two large of a base.
