Release the Power of 4K HDR

It is designed for the 4K HDR. The 4 times more pixels than standard HD with 12bit color depth (Dolby Vision) requires up to 18Gbps data rate capacity. This is a challenge to an HDMI cable longer than 15ft. But it's not for our CL3 HDMI cables, which exceed 18Gbps. It can handle 4K@60Hz, HDR/Dolby Vision, YCrCb 4:2:2, all these at the same time, the highest setting combination currently.

Heightened Viewing Experience

  • 4K @ 60Hz Ultra HD—4 times the clarity of 1080p video resolution
  • Have a bandwidth of 18 Gigabits per second which is sufficient for 4K resolution at 60 fps (frames per second)
  • Screens with HDR increase brightness display more colors than screens without. With HDR, colors are rich and vibrant, and the range of colors shown on the screen is closer to the range the human eye can see. The difference is very noticeable and very pleasing

LOADING...

The Nippon Labs 20HDMI-3FTMM-C is a 3-foot, male-to-male HDMI 2.0 cable rated for 18Gbps and CL3 in-wall installation, suited to connecting nearby 4K TVs, projectors, receivers, game consoles, and streaming devices.

Recommended For

  • People connecting a nearby streaming box, Blu-ray player, or game console to a TV or receiver who need a short cable for up to 4K at 60Hz.
  • TV owners making a short, in-wall HDMI connection—such as from a wall-mounted TV to a nearby device—who need a CL3-rated cable.
  • Viewers routing TV audio to an ARC-enabled soundbar or receiver over a short HDMI run; the product lists ARC support, not eARC.
  • Home-theater users who need a short replacement cable for existing HDMI 2.0-era equipment and 4K/60Hz playback, rather than newer high-bandwidth video modes.

Real-World Use Scenarios

  • Connect a 4K streaming box or Blu-ray player to a compatible TV for movies and shows; the cable can carry video up to 4K at 60Hz, with HDR when the source and display also support it.
  • Connect a game console to a compatible TV for 4K gaming at up to 60Hz; this cable is suited to that signal range, but not 4K at 120Hz.
  • Use it for a short, concealed HDMI connection near a wall-mounted TV; its CL3-rated jacket is intended for in-wall installation, and the 3-foot length suits only runs that fit within that distance.
  • Link an ARC-compatible TV to an ARC-compatible soundbar or receiver to send TV audio over HDMI, reducing the need for a separate optical audio cable.
  • Connect an HDMI-equipped laptop to a nearby monitor or projector for presentations or video playback; the laptop’s output and display’s supported resolution determine the available picture mode.
