Ricoh RIC841621 MPC305 - C305H High Black Toner Cartridge

The Ricoh RIC841621 MPC305-C305H is a high black toner cartridge for users seeking a replacement black toner for a Ricoh MPC305 printing setup.

Recommended For

• Ricoh MP C305 or MP C305SPF owners replacing the black cartridge in a compatible printer.
• Small-office and workgroup users who print black documents regularly and want a high-yield cartridge to reduce how often they replace black toner.
• Teams sharing an MP C305 workgroup printer that need a black replacement cartridge rated for up to 12,000 pages under Ricoh’s stated test conditions.

Real-World Use Scenarios

• When an MP C305 or MP C305SPF runs low on black toner, replace the cartridge to resume printing everyday documents such as reports, forms, and invoices; Ricoh advises keeping a replacement on hand when the printer warns that toner is almost empty.
• In an office that prints black-heavy documents regularly, the MP C305H’s high-yield design can mean fewer black-toner replacements; Ricoh’s stated 12,000-page yield is based on 5% page coverage, so actual results vary with print content.
• When a shared MP C305 printer is used for documents that combine black text with color graphics, this cartridge supplies the black toner component; the printer’s other color cartridges remain responsible for cyan, magenta, and yellow.
• When replacing black toner during routine office maintenance, follow the printer’s replacement prompt and procedure; Ricoh’s walkthrough shows removing the used bottle and installing the new one so the device can return to printing.
