The StarTech.com CMVER40UD is a 6-foot vertical cable organizer with D-ring hooks for server racks and cabinets, suited to IT teams that want to route cables neatly, reduce strain on equipment, and make rack maintenance easier.
Recommended For
- Network technicians routing patch cables between switches and patch panels at different rack heights; the open D-rings let cables follow a vertical path without using rack-unit space.
- Rack administrators who regularly add, remove, or service equipment and want vertical cable runs organized for easier access to components.
- Installers working in two-post, four-post, or enclosed server racks who need flexible mounting options for vertical cable routing.
- IT teams adding cable management without giving up rack-unit space for equipment, since the organizer mounts vertically as a 0U accessory.
