1. The ULN2803A device is a transistor array with the voltage of 50 V and the current of 500 mA.
2. The device consists of eight NPN pairs, which has a high voltage output and a common cathode clamp diode for switching inductive loads.
3. The collector current rating of each pair is 500 mA. pairs can be connected in parallel to increase current capacity.
4. Applications of the ULN2803A Module include relay drivers, hammer drivers, lamps drivers, display drivers (LED and gas discharge), line drivers and logic buffers.
5. Each pair of ULN2803A devices is equipped with a 2.7k series base and can work directly with TTL or 5V CMOS devices.
