Great ram for the price1/27/2021 11:37:10 AM

Pros: - Runs at rated speeds and timings out of the box on my Gigabyte B550 board with a click of the XMP profile - No crazy big heat sinks, just looks nice and pretty low profile

Cons: - Timings are already as tight as i can get them. Not really a con just a FYI.

Overall Review: I would definitely recommend this set if your looking for fast quality ram with all the crazy designs and RGBs.

Pros: Nice looking wallet, Fits well in pockets. Good price.

Cons: The card slots are pretty tight until the wallet gets broken in. Makes it tough to get lesser used cards out at times.

Pros: Installed in a Alienware M14X R2. Booted up to 1600 @ 9-9-9-28 with no settings required. Runs at 1.35V. Excellent upgrade to 16GB. It made a noticeable difference over the 8GB CL11 ram my laptop came with.

Cons: None yet.

Great drive!1/22/2011 8:52:32 PM

Pros: 1TB of storage for a great price. Tech review sites are consistently rating this drive above the other brands top 1TB drives. Very fast - Ubuntu 10.10 64-bit gives me these results using the Disk Utility built in benchmark: Min read: 75.9mb/s Max read: 151.4mb/s Avg read: 124.3mb/s Avg access time: 13.4ms Extremely quiet as well. Even when spinning up i can barely hear it with my ear next to the case. Its heavy. Yes, thats a pro for me. It just feels like a high quality well made drive when your holding it in your hand. Its much faster than my current 500GB 7200.11 OS drive. Runs cooler as well. SMART status shows 27C max after hours of use.

Cons: None concerning the drive itself. My only complaint is that the packaging it came it could have been better. Luckily it made it here without a scratch.

Overall Review: Need a fast 1TB drive? Look no further, this is the one you want. No cables are included, so if you don't have a spare SATA cable lying around, make sure to pick one up to go with it. Wish it was my OS drive now. Will definitely buy another.
