The Brentwood MPI-60 is a full-size 1200-watt nonstick iron with adjustable heat and dry, spray, and variable-steam settings, suited to people who want flexible controls for routine at-home ironing.
Recommended For
- Households that press everyday shirts, trousers, and other washable garments on an ironing board and want dry, steam, and spray options in one iron.
- People who iron garments made from different fabrics and want an adjustable heat control rather than a single-temperature iron.
- Users who occasionally smooth wrinkles from curtains or other hanging household fabrics and want vertical steam as an additional iron function.
Real-World Use Scenarios
- Before work or an event, press a wrinkled shirt on an ironing board; choose the fabric-appropriate heat and use steam for a smoother, more finished look.
- When a crease remains in a shirt or pair of trousers, dampen the area with the spray function and press it; the added moisture can help smooth the crease.
- For a quick touch-up on a dry garment, use the dry setting and adjustable heat to press out visible wrinkles without using steam.
- To refresh wrinkles in hanging curtains or drapes, use the vertical-steam function; it lets you treat the fabric in place rather than laying it flat on an ironing board.
- When pressing mixed-fiber or delicate clothing, check the care label and start with a lower heat setting; this helps reduce the risk of heat damage.
