Belkin High Speed Hdmi Audio/Video Cable

The Belkin High Speed HDMI Audio/Video Cable is a 3.28-foot HDMI 1.4 cable for connecting compatible TVs and audio/video devices, with support for 4K UHD, 7.1 surround sound, and data rates up to 15 Gbit/s; it suits short home-entertainment connections.

Recommended For

• People connecting a nearby HDMI-equipped streaming box, Blu-ray player, or game console to a TV for 1080p video, 3D, or supported 4K playback; the listed cable is 3.28 ft long.
• Home-theater users who need a short HDMI link with Audio Return Channel and multichannel audio support between compatible TV and audio equipment.
• Desk users connecting an HDMI-output laptop or desktop to a nearby HDMI monitor for a simple extended or mirrored display setup.
• TV setups where compatible equipment can use the HDMI Ethernet channel, and the user wants that feature included in the cable connection.

Real-World Use Scenarios

• Connect a streaming box to a nearby HDTV for movies and shows; the cable carries video and audio over one connection, with 4K compatibility when the source and TV also support it.
• Connect a Blu-ray player to a TV or AV receiver for movie playback; compatible devices can send multichannel audio through the same HDMI connection as the picture.
• Wire a game console to an HDTV for everyday play; the experience depends on the formats supported by the console and display, rather than the cable alone.
• Connect a TV to an ARC-compatible receiver or sound system to return TV audio over HDMI; ARC must be supported and enabled on both devices.
• Use it in a compact entertainment setup where the source and TV are close together; its listed 3.28-foot length can keep the connection short and simple.
