Brother PocketJet 863 Mobile WF Kit Model PJ863-WK

The Brother PocketJet 863 Mobile WF Kit (PJ863-WK) is a portable, full-page mobile printer designed for field professionals who need to print documents away from a desk, with Bluetooth and USB-C connectivity.

Recommended For

• Field-service technicians who need to print full-page work orders, service reports, or invoices at a customer site without carrying a desktop printer.
• Mobile sales representatives and service businesses that prepare quotations, invoices, or reports on the road and want Bluetooth or USB-C printing from a mobile device or computer.
• Delivery and logistics workers who need to produce full-page paperwork at stops or from a vehicle, where compact size and printing without ink or toner matter.
• Mobile workers who print mostly black-and-white documents and can keep compatible thermal paper on hand instead of managing ink or toner supplies.

Real-World Use Scenarios

• A field technician finishes a service visit and prints a work report or invoice on-site, so the customer can review a paper copy before the technician leaves.
• A field sales representative prepares a quote or contract on a tablet during a customer visit and prints it there, allowing both sides to review the paperwork without waiting for the representative to return to the office.
• A delivery or logistics worker needs to hand over a full-page document at a stop; printing from a mobile device makes it possible to provide paperwork at the point of delivery instead of postponing it until the next office visit.
• A police officer working from a vehicle prints a citation, accident report, or other field document at the scene, reducing the need to return to the station just to produce paperwork.
• A mobile worker prints from an Android phone or tablet over Bluetooth when a laptop is inconvenient; Brother’s mobile-printing guidance supports printing to the PJ-863 from Android without a computer.
