Brother PocketJet 883 Mobile WF Kit Model PJ883-WK

The Brother PocketJet 883 Mobile WF Kit (PJ883-WK) is a portable direct-thermal document printer kit for field teams and mobile professionals who need to print away from a desk; it includes a battery, vehicle adapter, power supply, USB cable, paper and carrying case.

Recommended For

• Field service technicians and contractors who need to print full-page work orders, estimates, or forms at a customer site instead of returning to an office.
• Delivery, logistics, and public-safety teams that work from vehicles and need portable, on-the-spot printing of monochrome documents.
• Mobile sales or service staff who need to print a proposal, invoice, or other full-size document during a client visit, using a phone, tablet, or laptop.
• Workers who print occasional black-and-white forms away from a desk and prefer a compact, ink-free printer over carrying a conventional printer.

Real-World Use Scenarios

• A field-service technician finishes a job in a vehicle or at a customer site and prints a service report or work order to leave a paper copy before moving on.
• A patrol officer needs to print a citation or vehicle form from a cruiser; a compact printer can provide a paper copy without returning to the station.
• A delivery or logistics worker prints a proof-of-delivery document or shipment paperwork during a route, so the handoff can be documented on paper at the stop.
• A field sales representative prepares a quote or invoice on a mobile device and prints it during a customer visit, leaving the customer with a paper copy before departing.
• A worker who travels between job sites prints a form or document from a phone or laptop when a client or process requires a physical copy, rather than carrying a desktop printer.
