The HP EliteStudio 8 AiO G1i is a business-focused all-in-one desktop with an Intel Core Ultra 5 235, vPro technology, 16 GB of DDR5 memory, a 512 GB SSD, and Windows 11 Pro, suited to office users and organizations seeking a capable, manageable work PC with its display included.

Recommended For

• Small-office staff who need a fixed, space-conscious Windows 11 Pro workstation for documents, browser-based work, and business applications; the all-in-one design combines the PC and 23.8-inch display.
• Office users who regularly join video meetings and want an integrated desktop setup; HP positions the EliteStudio 8 AiO for collaboration, with camera and meeting features depending on the selected configuration.
• People who want to connect a work laptop to a permanent desk setup and share the AiO’s display and peripherals; the reviewed 23.8-inch model supports HP Device Switch and Thunderbolt 4 connectivity.
• Users who prefer direct touch input for everyday desktop tasks such as selecting items, navigating screens, or entering information on a shared office computer.

Real-World Use Scenarios

• For everyday office work—editing documents, using spreadsheets, and keeping browser tabs or business apps open—the Core Ultra 5, 16 GB of memory, and SSD are suited to routine multitasking, while the all-in-one keeps the setup simple.
• For remote meetings in a home or office, users can join video calls without setting up a separate webcam; the integrated camera and microphones support a ready-to-use call setup, with HP listing AI noise reduction and echo cancellation for the camera options.
• At a reception desk, shared workstation, or walk-up information point, the 23.8-inch touchscreen lets users tap through on-screen controls and content directly, without relying on a mouse for every interaction.
• For a home office or a small business desk, this all-in-one combines the computer and display in one unit, reducing the number of separate components to arrange compared with a desktop tower and monitor setup.
• For demanding 3D work or graphics-heavy gaming, this configuration is a less suitable fit: testing of the Core Ultra 5 235 model found that some games needed reduced settings, so users focused on those tasks should consider a system with stronger dedicated graphics.
