The MSI PRO MP245PG E14 is a 23.8-inch Full HD IPS monitor with a 144Hz refresh rate, Adaptive-Sync, and a fully adjustable stand, making it suitable for smooth everyday computing and casual gaming.
Recommended For
- Office and remote workers who spend long sessions at a desk and want to adjust screen height, angle, swivel, or portrait orientation to fit their setup.
- People who read long documents, review code, or work with portrait-oriented content and want to rotate the display vertically instead of scrolling through a wide landscape screen.
- Casual PC or console gamers who want smoother motion from a 144Hz Full HD display with Adaptive-Sync, without prioritizing a higher-resolution screen.
- Users building a compact workstation around an MSI Cubi mini-PC who want the PC mounted behind the monitor for a tidier desk.
- People connecting a mix of newer and older computers who need HDMI, DisplayPort, and VGA inputs on one monitor.
Real-World Use Scenarios
- For everyday desk work—browsing, documents, and video calls—the monitor provides a clear Full HD workspace, and its adjustable stand helps users set a more comfortable viewing position; the built-in speakers can handle basic audio without separate desktop speakers.
- When reading long documents, code, or social feeds, users can rotate the screen to portrait orientation to see more vertical content at once and reduce how often they need to scroll.
- For casual PC gaming, the 144Hz display and Adaptive-Sync can make supported games feel smoother, while the Full HD resolution suits users prioritizing responsiveness over a higher-resolution workspace.
- For a console gaming setup, users can connect a compatible console over HDMI and use the monitor for gaming or streaming; HDMI-CEC can also let supported devices coordinate power on and standby behavior.
- On a compact desk, users can attach a compatible mini PC to the monitor and adjust the screen height or angle, helping keep the computer off the desktop and the viewing setup flexible.
