What's the best fan controller for this fan? I just got one, it's a bit to loud for me.

Hi Mitchell, yes you are correct that the Delta 120mm is a bit loud. But man, it sure moves a lot of air!

As for fan controller, I'm using the NZXT Sentry Mix 2. It works as advertised and it's well made. To be honest, any NZXT controller will do the job.

About how well can this cool an average bin Ryzen 7 1700 in an ITX case (Silverstone RVZ02)? About how far could I overclock it with the fan at max on an ID-COOLING IS-60?

It depends on the type of cooling you are going to use, I myself use a Swiftech H320 X2 3x120 with 3 of these fans on a pull config, if you are going air cooling  it will work to a point, overclocking will depend on how high you are trying to go, I would recommend water cooling with a good liquid cooler, either a 240mm or 360mm setup if your case will allow it.
If you are doing air, it's going to be trial and error, to see how far you can over clock, I'm running and AMD 8350 clocked at 5Ghz stable (but with Liquid Cooling) your setup will be very different though, these fans put out a LOT of air, I use Delta fans and nothing else...

Question 3

How are these fans measured? I thought it was diagonally from hole to hole. The fan I actually received measures to 150mm.

They are measured on the sides, 120mm on each side. Not like a monitor that has different aspect ratios like 4:3 or 16:9 these are squares, not rectangles. Also 120mm is the most common size for exhaust fans on most cases. I put 2 of these on my Coolermaster 212 heatsink. This is a really good fan.

Whats the static air pressure of this fan?

I can't give an exact answer on the static air pressure but they are built to cool servers under constant heavy loads and the most powerfull fans bult by the same company can scoot a 20 oz bottle of water about 4-6 inches. Another thing to keep in mind is they are NOT quiet.

I run only one of these, on intake, with a rexus on the exhaust and it keeps my pc temperatures towards the lower end, I have a haswell i7-4770k operating at 4.3ghz with the stock cooler, a Nvidia GTX 650Ti 1GB, 12gb of ram. I am nothing but satisfied with this fan.

I can answer your question since I am still running am3 chips. What I can tell you is this fan is a monster and will MOVE some air and it is very loud at full speed! These fans are designed to keep servers cool.

Has anyone who purchased these fans used either rubber type screws or rubber pads in combo with these fans?  If so, how did that effect the volume from low rpm vs. high?

What is a "TAC Sensor" and what advantage does it lend this fan?

It's a thermal sensor. In other words it is, to a point, self adjusting. (fan speed) No real advantage if you have a modern motherboard and use the boards built in fan controls.

I still have my old one. I wanna try and get one more and put them both mount them both up to my car.  In AZ heat and how much it pushes air, it shouldn't melt . I guess this is not a ?.
