Sandwich style cases are designed to intake through the side panels and exhaust out the top and bottom of the case so you want the bottom fan as exhaust. If you use the fan as intake you will just recirculate the exhaust coming off the bottom of the graphics card.

The Fractal Design Terra case does not include a power supply, and it is compatible with SFX/SFX-L power supplies. You may need a new power supply if your existing power supply is not of these types.
