Installed 2 120G Kingsington SSD Now M2.0 80mm chips.Only one is recognized and states it as 111G. How do you get both to show?

One slot is M.2 that requires a STAT cable connected from the card to your motherboard. The other slot is a PCI-E X4 and requires you to slot it in a PCI-E slot that will support x4 PCI-E 3.0 lanes.

will it work with Samsung 960 EVO SSD's?

This works with one pci-e nvme ssd @ x4 speed and one m.2 drive at sata 6g.

Does this card support both 1 PCIE and 1 SATA drive in the system simultaneously? I realize that the SATA drive will require a SATA cable to work correctly.

It is supposed to, yes. I don't have a sata m.2 to verify but the nvme one works fine, you can even boot from it
